Go Real Travel is a US-based startup that plans tailor-made European trips for families, seniors, and independent travelers. Its one-to-one, human-led model was hard to scale. Hashlogics built a digital concierge platform that pairs the team’s expertise with automation, so travelers keep the personal touch while the business handles far more trips.

Communication was scattered, and travelers had weak real-time support on the road.

What we built.
We built Go Real Travel a concierge platform that pairs human planners with smart automation. An AI itinerary builder offers drag-and-drop planning, live pricing, and logistics optimization, while a personalization engine learns how each traveler likes to travel. A mobile-first companion app works offline with daily checklists, ticket storage, and real-time alerts. HubSpot live chat handles 24/7 support and emergency escalation. Automated booking, transport scheduling, and multi-currency payments keep operations running. The platform lets the team cover 41+ European destinations without adding staff for each one.
