Overview

Go4Gr8 gives executives AI sparring partners that help them think through hard decisions, commit to action, and stay accountable. The client had outgrown TypingMind Custom, which had no multi-organization model and needed hours of manual setup per user. We built a custom multi-tenant platform that onboards a new user in under 15 minutes and runs enterprise pilots on AWS.

The challenge

The problem we set out to solve.

01

TypingMind Custom had no multi-organization model, so a B2B product could not run on it.

02

Every new user and agent took more than two hours to set up by hand.

03

There was no automated commitment tracking or lifecycle workflow.

04

Analytics and product visibility were limited, which made pilots hard to sell.

What success needed to look like

  • Sell and onboard whole organizations, not just individual users.
  • Get a new user active in minutes instead of the 2+ hours manual setup took.
  • Track every leadership commitment automatically, with no manual follow-up.
  • Give the team visibility into engagement and product usage as pilots scale.
Our approach

How we delivered it.

01

Diagnose

Mapped how the TypingMind Custom setup handled users, agents, and organizations, and found the manual provisioning and lack of multi-tenancy blocking every enterprise pilot.

02

Design

Designed the multi-tenant organization model, with roles and invitations, and a dedicated AI agent per user across the Compass, Strategic, and Influence agent types.

03

Build

A senior pod built the FastAPI and React platform on AWS: organization onboarding, WebSocket real-time chat, MCP-based commitment tracking, and admin dashboards.

04

Launch

Migrated the workflow off TypingMind onto the new MVP, with JWT auth, SendGrid onboarding emails, and CI/CD in place for enterprise pilots.

05

Run

Kept refining onboarding and engagement flows as pilot organizations came on board, with admin dashboards giving ongoing visibility into usage.

The solution

What we built.

We built a custom MVP that replaces the no-code setup with a multi-tenant platform. Each organization manages its own users, roles, and invitations, and each person gets dedicated AI agents. Automated onboarding emails, engagement nudges, and commitment tracking run without manual work, so a new user is active in under 15 minutes. Real-time chat, admin dashboards, and AWS infrastructure with CI/CD give the client a clear path to enterprise pilots and future analytics.

The takeaway

Moving off a no-code AI tool isn't about the chatbot — it's about building the multi-tenant infrastructure that turns a good idea into a sellable product.

Start

Let’s build the one that runs after.

A senior engineer reads every brief, and your call gets scheduled within 24 hours.

What happens next

  1. 01

You send a brief or book a call

    Two minutes, whichever you prefer.

  2. 02

A senior engineer replies within 24 hours

    Not a sales rep.

  3. 03

    Honest scoping, in writing

And if we’re not the right fit, we say so.
