Overview

Golancer gives freelancers and small agencies one place to run their business. It combines project and task management, a client CRM, Stripe invoicing, meeting scheduling with a public booking page, and AI daily priorities — so you stop juggling six separate apps. Built on Bubble for fast iteration.

The challenge

The problem we set out to solve.

01

Freelancers ran on four to six separate apps, losing two to four hours a week just switching.

02

Invoicing was manual and error-prone, with no built-in payments.

03

Client history and communication were never centralized.

04

There was no view into project profitability or time-versus-cost.

05

Workday planning was reactive, with no AI help to prioritize tasks.

06

Clients could not self-schedule against a live calendar.

07

Operations broke down past five to eight clients.

What success needed to look like

  • Replace four to six scattered tools with one place to run the freelance business.
  • Invoicing and payments happen without manual chasing.
  • Freelancers know which projects are actually profitable.
  • Clients can book time directly against a live calendar, with zero back-and-forth.
Our approach

How we delivered it.

01

Diagnose

Traced where freelancers were losing hours each week switching between tools, chasing invoices, and planning reactively with no visibility into project profitability.

02

Design

Designed a single operational back office — dashboard, CRM, invoicing, project and task management, and booking — around the freelancer's actual daily workflow.

03

Build

Built the platform on Bubble with Stripe powering the invoice engine, Google Calendar synced two-way for scheduling, and OpenAI generating daily task priorities and forecasts.

04

Launch

Shipped through Bubble's version history and branch management with a dedicated test mode, so the public booking page and invoice engine went live without disrupting active client work.

05

Run

Iterated on the AI intelligence features — daily priorities, forecasts, contextual prioritization — as freelancers used the platform to manage more clients than manual tools allowed.

The solution

What we built.

We built a responsive Bubble web app that acts as a full operational back-office. It brings together a dashboard with AI daily priorities, a client CRM, a Stripe-powered invoice engine, a project and task manager with two-way Google Calendar sync, a meeting scheduler with a public booking page, a proposal module, OpenAI-powered business intelligence, time tracking, and an admin panel. Clients book themselves through the public page, so scheduling friction drops to zero.

The takeaway

Freelancers don't need more tools — they need the ones they already use for billing, scheduling, and prioritizing to work as one system.

Start

Let’s build the one that runs after.

A senior engineer reads every brief, and your call gets scheduled within 24 hours.

What happens next

  1. 01

You send a brief or book a call

    Two minutes, whichever you prefer.

  2. 02

A senior engineer replies within 24 hours

    Not a sales rep.

  3. 03

    Honest scoping, in writing

And if we’re not the right fit, we say so.
