Reviewed how SOPs, training, and task execution actually flowed across sites and departments, and found where compliance and visibility broke down.

Designed the organizational hierarchy of sites, departments, and roles alongside a workflow builder that turns an SOP into a step-by-step, trackable process.

Built the multi-tenant platform on PostgreSQL with document version control, a workflow builder, and training modules with quizzes and assessments.

Rolled out role-based access control and real-time tracking dashboards so every site starts operating from the same standardized process.

Kept the platform tracking task completion, training status, and compliance across locations as new sites and teams came on board.
What we built.
We built a multi-tenant platform that combines knowledge, execution, and training in one place. SOP and document management keeps procedures current with version control, and a workflow builder guides staff through each task step by step. Training modules with quizzes verify that people are ready, and an organizational model of sites, departments, and roles controls who sees what. Real-time dashboards give leaders a live view of task completion and workforce readiness across every location.
